What we collect

When you submit the workflow review form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), website, industry, and the descriptions you share about your process and tools. We also record the page the form was submitted from and basic campaign parameters if you arrived from a link that includes them.

This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or track you across sites, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from spam.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to review your request, respond to you about the workflow review, and prepare for a scheduled call. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are forwarded server-side to Thorrfin's own workflow system (n8n) and stored in our CRM so we can follow up with you. Our website and form processing are hosted on Cloudflare. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by our booking provider under its own privacy terms.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage a potential engagement. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailingdtorrijos@thorrfin.com, and we will honor the request unless we are required to keep a record.
